We're hiring: Head of Audience

The New European is the fastest-growing political/cultural periodical in the UK. We want to keep it that way and are looking for a HEAD OF AUDIENCE to join our team.

This senior role is a mish-mash of digital marketing and commercial skills, with a bit of editorial nous thrown in. Some of these skills you will already possess, others you will develop. A willingness to experiment and learn is essential.

This is definitely a job for a doer as well as a thinker. You will be expected to execute your plans yourself.

A significant part of this job is identifying how we can increase TNE brand awareness (and subsequent subscription acquisition) via social media channels.

TNE is a unique product created by a small, enthusiastic and hard-working team. We have no office but get together on a regular basis, so working from home is essential. Since taking the company independent in 2021, the business has thrived and our ambitions for it have grown.

In 2024, our revenues grew 30%, so you will be joining a successful, sustainable business.
